Mr Bwayo Gabriel Rogers is the fourth accounting officer of Kyotera district since it was curved off Rakai in July 2017. He has spent close to two and a half years in the position after he succeeded Ms Joanita Nakityo. Mr Bwayo is passionate about development and having his employees exercise team work. Kyotera is proud of having him as a CAO.
